Refunds & Cancellations
Last updated: 25 March 2026
This page explains how refunds work for digital coin packs and similar in-app purchases on KiwiSocialClub.com (New Zealand customers). “Coins” are virtual credits delivered digitally.
1) Digital coin packs (virtual items)
- Delivered instantly: Coin packs are usually delivered immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Non-refundable once used: If coins have been spent, transferred, or otherwise consumed, we can’t restore them and we generally can’t provide a refund.
- Unused coins: If coins remain unused, we may be able to help depending on the circumstances (for example, accidental duplicate purchase). We assess requests case-by-case.
2) Mistaken purchases & billing issues
- Accidental/incorrect pack: Contact us as soon as possible with your order details. If the coins are unused and we can verify the purchase, we may offer a refund or a correction.
- Unauthorised charges: Tell us immediately. We’ll investigate and may ask for supporting information to verify account access and payment details.
- Purchases via third parties: If your payment was processed by an app store or other third-party payment provider, their refund rules and process may apply first.
3) How to request a refund or cancellation
Email contact@kiwisocialclub.com and include:
- the email/username on your account
- order/transaction ID (or payment receipt)
- date/time of purchase and amount
- what happened (e.g., duplicate purchase, wrong pack, suspected unauthorised transaction)
- whether any coins were used (and if so, how many)
We aim to respond within a reasonable time. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; bank/card processing times can vary.
4) New Zealand consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you may have under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (where applicable). If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may have remedies. Some protections may not apply when services are acquired for business purposes.
