Virtual Currency & In‑App Purchases Policy

1) Virtual coins: no cash value

• Coins (or similar virtual items) are digital credits used only within Kiwi Social Club.
• Coins have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and are not a bank deposit.
• Coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, exchanged for real‑world goods/services, or transferred outside the product unless we explicitly allow a feature in writing.

2) Ways to obtain coins

You may obtain coins through:

• Free daily gifts (availability/amount may vary and can change).
• Paid coin packs (one‑time purchases) processed via the applicable app store or payment provider.
• Occasional promotions or rewards we run in‑product.

3) Pricing transparency

• Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm purchase (typically in NZD, and may include GST where required).
• You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion, or carrier/bank fees applied by your provider.
• Advertisements and landing pages must include the notice “Includes in‑app purchases” when promoting features that can be purchased with paid coins or coin packs.

4) Purchase processing, delivery & errors

• Purchases are authorised, charged, and (where applicable) refunded by the store/provider you used.
• Coin delivery is normally immediate. If delivery is delayed or missing, try restoring purchases (if available) and contact us.
• We may correct obvious pricing or crediting errors. If an error benefits you materially, we may adjust the balance or reverse the transaction consistent with applicable law and store rules.

5) Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks

• Refund requests must be made through the store/provider used for purchase, unless we explicitly state otherwise.
• If a chargeback/reversal occurs, we may remove the corresponding coins and/or suspend access while we investigate suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.
• Nothing in this policy limits any non‑excludable rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act where applicable).

6) Changes to coins and features

We may change coin pricing, availability, earning rates, and the items/services coins can be used for. Changes apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law or store rules.
