Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be 20+ in New Zealand, and at least the legal gambling age in the jurisdiction where you access the Service.
• You must not allow anyone under the applicable age to use your account or device access to the Service.

2) Simulated play only (no real-money gambling)

• The Service provides simulated/social casino-style gameplay only.
• No real-money gambling is offered or enabled. Any virtual currency/items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
• No prizes of monetary value are awarded through gameplay.

3) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for your account activity, maintaining accurate details, and keeping credentials secure.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use at contact@kiwisocialclub.com.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automate play, or interfere with the Service’s integrity or security.
• Do not harass, post unlawful content, infringe rights, or attempt to access other users’ accounts or our systems.
• Do not use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws (including age restrictions).

5) Content & intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own the Service and its content. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it as permitted by these Terms. If you submit content, you confirm you have rights to do so and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, display, and moderate it for operating and improving the Service.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee outcomes, progress, or availability of any features.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (where applicable).

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwi Social Club Limited is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event (if any).

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove content or accounts) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose risk to others or the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
